Our hour long yoga classes are designed to challenge and inspire the guests
regardless of experience and flexibility level. Morning practices are Vinyasa
style-flowing, dynamic movement to wake the body up and invigorate for the
days activities. The emphasis during these sessions is on strength and balance poses. Evening classes focus on muscle and body restoration, soothing poses, and deep relaxation.
Guests will also be introduced to the rich history and culture of yoga.
Many of our guests have never done yoga before-others have practiced for years.
With twice a day practice, everyone will deepen their practice. Our goal is
to not only have the guests practice while at Body and Soul, but to make it
part of their lifestyle.
All guests can expect to have their flexibility improved, body strengthend,
and a calmer, less agitated mind.
