• 4 nights in Campinas ( 4 star hotel – double room )
• 5 nights in Paraty – RJ ( the Venice of South America )
• 3 healthy meals a day ( breakfast, lunch and dinner )

• Tickets for a professional game of the Brazilian National Championship
• 4 matches against local teams – 2 in Campinas and 2 in Paraty
• Team Yoga sessions ( in the mornings )
• 2 Team Yoga sessions daily ( evenings )
• Rainforest hiking ( Atlantic rainforest )
• Kayaking to islands ( Paraty Bay )
• Surfing
• Beach soccer
